Imemos App

So I've been busy the past days enjoying my new smartphone. And this is the first time I've gotten a new gadget that is within the trend. But I wanted to pay tribute to my one and only loyal companion, 'my own smartphone'.

Wasa the cat
This is Nokia C3. It has been with me for the past 3 years and I'm glad it didn't let me down. It inspired me to live prudently. Not wanting those expensive devices just because everyone has it. As an advocate of financial literacy, I have maintained simple things such as this. After all call and text is all that matters to me. It also has WLAN capability whenever I wanted to connect to the internet. Of course, it has connection limitation so I rarely use it since then. But change is constant especially in the IT industry so I needed myself a mobile upgrade. To NOKIA, I thank you for developing such durable devices.
Going back to our topic--what I wanted in a phone is something like a sticky note where I could write down important things, go over it whenever I forget and forward it to people as needed. Itunes has a dozen of free sticky note app but most of it can only be shared via email. Until I found one...

It's NOT free but it's too cute to ignore. Aside from the few simple colors of the sticky notes it can be sent as a text message (the very thing I'm looking for); shared via email, Twitter and best of all can be printed! How cool is that? There's also an archive option as your backup.
This will cost you $1.99. Not bad IMO compared to the other sticky notes app ranging from $3-4. So let's now keep the other pictures rolling.

I missed the 's' part :p

I made a second attempt to return the 's' letter (right photo). Now it copied every single word from the note and is now ready to be sms'd.

Bonus picture...
This is how my main menu looks like. Yes! You can change its wallpaper from default to your available photos.

This is my first Itunes store purchase and I am very satisfied on how it works and how it looks ;)

THAT'S ALL FOLKS!

JTomas No Sweat Anti-perspirant Deodorant

One of the most embarrassing moments you could ever experience is to have wet underarms especially on light-colored clothes. The worst part is to have it almost every day during summer season. Being a regular commuter myself it's unbearable for me to raise my hands when pulling the string to stop a jeepney or reaching for the bus handrail as soon as I board in. I have tried Driclor before but aside from being expensive it almost burnt my skin after rolling it a few times the recommended.

After a few searches online using my keyword skills on a search engine I finally found JTomas No Sweat.

It's a liquid spray bottle anti-perspirant deodorant. It has lesser aluminum content compared to Driclor if I'm not mistaken and has a powder-like scent. Its effect could last the entire day depending on the weather condition. Sticky feeling at first that eventually dries up after a few minutes and leaves white residue (when oversprayed) just like any other deodorant. Honestly, I prefer roll-ons as I have pasmado hands and poor eyesight. But overall, I don't think I'd exchange this with any other brands that soon since it does the job right. Afterall it's just Php 88. :)

P.S. Sorry for not being able to show the ingredients. Next time though. But it has paraben contents, just an fyi. So use it at your own risk. In as much as I wanted to use paraben-free items, I haven't found anything else closer and cheaper to what this does.
